A free, one-minute recording that shows how you sound to a listener today. It’s the same starting point every SpeakConfident path begins with, and you can try it here without signing up.

Pick a goal, read the prompt and talk for around 60 seconds. You can stop sooner. The recording ends by itself at 75 seconds.
Five levels
Pace, pauses, fillers, melody and punch, each on a level from 1 to 10. Results come back in a few seconds.
One note
Your transcript comes back marked, with one note from your coach on what to work on first.
Private by default
Your audio isn’t stored on our servers unless you save your Snapshot. The transcript and measurements are deleted after 48 hours if you don’t.

Questions
Do I need an account?
No. You can record and see your results without one. You only need a free account if you want to keep your Snapshot, play it back and read all of your coach’s notes.
What should I talk about?
Whatever the prompt asks. It’s matched to the goal you pick, like work, interviews, presentations, a salary talk or everyday life. Don’t prepare. The point is to capture how you sound right now.
What happens to my recording?
It’s sent to Deepgram to be turned into text with word timings, then measured. We don’t store the audio unless you save your Snapshot. A copy stays in your browser so it can move to your account when you sign up.
What happens after I save it?
Your Snapshot becomes the first step on your path, and saving it starts 7 days of Pro with no card. At the end of every chapter you hear it next to a fresh recording, so you can hear what changed.
Is this a confidence test?
No. Nothing scores your confidence, your accent or your personality. The Snapshot measures five things you can change, and gives you a starting point for each.
